Cancellation Policy
If clients wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment , they must provide 24 hours notice to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. Late cancellations will result in a $50 charge, but only if the service’s value exceeds $50. If the service is valued at at less than $50, clients will be charged the full cost of the service instead. Clients with multiple services scheduled will be charged per appointment.
If a client does a no call no show they will be charged for the entire balance and they will have to reschedule and pay a new deposit to ensure their next appointment.
More than one call no show results in being banned from booking moving forward.
